Silk screen printing

Silk screen printing or screen printing, first, we will make a screen for each color, and then mix the printing paste to be the correct color for printing. Screen printing is one of the most widely used methods for printing patterns, with bright colors and clear patterns. Screen printing is divided into solid color screen printing and gradient screen printing, solid color screen printing only suitable for monochrome or clear color patterns. Gradient screen printing can print different types of patterns, due to the complexity of printing technology, the cost is relatively high.

Heat Transfer Printing

1. Normal Heat transfer printing

Heat transfer is the fastest and the most convenience printing method, we will first print the logo or picture to the special paper, and than use the heat machine transfer the logo design from the paper to the clothes, photo will be perfectly printed on the clothes. Those details and colors can be perfectly shown by using heat transfer printing.

Embroidery​​

Embroidery can make design more bright and outstanding, and increases the stereo feeling of embroider design, we will make a template/sample for design first, and choose the sewing thread that color is the closest to the design color to make the pattern. Embroidery is based on the number of stitches. The larger the number of stitches, the higher the price. And the price is commonly taller than silk-screen printing design.

Heat Sublimation Printing

Heat sublimation printing technology is first printing the color and pattern of the clothes on the transfer paper, and then use the heat energy to transfer the pigment to the cloth, and then cut cloth according to the shape of the clothes, so the pattern of hot sublimation is different from other printing methods, the feeling is the same as you touching a normal cloth. In addition, hot sublimation printing does not have limitation to the color of design, it can print any pattern with rich color, customers can print any design on the clothes.

Digital Printing

With the same principle of the general paper printer, digital printing refers to the pattern printed directly on the shirt by inkjet. Digital printing can print more than one color of the pattern, can achieve a gradual effect, the pattern will be soft and comfortable than silk screen or heat transfer. Digital printing is more suitable for white shirt printing, for other colors, will be first print a white base,and print the color on top of it, so as to reduce the color difference.
