File Format/Computer Artwork

Please provide one of the following design file formats:
1. Adobe Illustrator
2. Photoshop
3. PDF
4. PNG
5. Canva Link

  • Please outline all text in AI files.
  • All files must be converted to CMYK format.
  • All design files must have a resolution of 350dpi and be at least 3000px.
  • Screen printing color matching should be based on Pantone (Solid Uncoated).

When submitting files, please note that if our system does not have the fonts used in your design, it will automatically substitute them with other fonts. To ensure accuracy in your design, we recommend including font files (.ttf) or specifying the font name when submitting files.

Apart from quotes, we do not accept images created with screenshots from mobile devices.

Acceptable Image Files

All designs must be saved as individual files. When submitting files, please ensure that layers and background colors are saved separately.

Unacceptable Image Files

All designs must be saved as individual files. Please do not merge layers with the background or submit images that only show the design placed on a garment mockup.

Hand-Drawn Artwork

If you are unable to create digital artwork, you may submit a hand-drawn design. The hand-drawn artwork should be created on A4 paper and outlined with a sign pen. Once completed, please either deliver it to us directly or scan it into the computer before sending it to us.

*We do not accept photos taken with a mobile phone or camera.*

Artwork Guidelines

Please ensure that the lines in your artwork are not too thin or too close together to avoid any issues with print quality.

Please provide vector files for printing whenever possible.

If you are unable to provide vector files, please submit the highest resolution PNG file you can create.

VECTOR Graphic

Vector graphics consist of mathematical equations that form points, lines, curves, and shapes, allowing them to maintain clarity without becoming blurry or distorted when enlarged or reduced. Examples of typical vector formats include AI files created in Adobe Illustrator or SVG files.

JPG/PNG

Raster graphics are made up of pixels, each with a specific color and position. Therefore, when enlarged, they tend to appear blurry or “pixelated” because the image quality is limited by the original resolution. Common raster formats include JPEG, PNG, and BMP.

The image below illustrates the difference between an enlarged raster image and a vector image.
